Delivery Time

As we work with several national suppliers, the average delivery time varies according to the product and the customer's region:

In some cases, the deadline may be shorter or slightly longer, depending on your location and logistical demand during the period.

Order Tracking

Once your product is shipped, you will receive a tracking code via email or WhatsApp.
The code may take up to 5 business days to be updated in the system, depending on the carrier.

You can track your order at any time.

Orders Shipped Separately

To ensure faster deliveries, some items may be shipped from different suppliers.
Therefore, it is possible that you receive more than one package, even if you placed a single order.

Don't worry, you will not incur additional costs.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

It is the customer's responsibility to correctly fill in all delivery information.
If the order is returned to the sender due to an address error, a new shipping fee will be required for re-shipment.
